$375 Find cheap flights from Vancouver to Munich

We initially flew from Osaka to Vancouver and ear buds and food were all inclusive. We were surprised that from Vancouver to Toronto we had to pay for all of this - and the flight attendant did not give us what we ordered/paid for. $6 for a bag of almonds is crazy - and I asked for hummus. Very surprised we had to pay for the ear buds in order to watch the movies.

I was offered earphones at the beginning of the flight, my meal and snacks were good and the attendant was proactive with all my needs and offered seconds of drinks. She was very attentive even when there were .any demands on her

My husbands flight last night Vancouver/Sydney was 90 minutes late in leaving. My flight tonight Vancouver/Seattle was also late in departing.

Very poor. Flight was cancelled last minute to deploy the plane for another route

Prepaid for my seat selection over a month in advance only to be told when I arrive at the airport that the plane has changed and no pre-selected seats would be honored and refunds would not be issued immediately. Was forced to separate from my traveling companion Air Canada. Unsurprisingly was no assistance in this whatsoever. Plane. We got switched on to also has no entertainment options available

The flight was excellent the problem was that my luggage was damaged (zipper pulls ripped out) and it is difficult to contact the number to claim the damage while in another country and going back to the airport is not an option and no matter what I tried I got the same response to just call the number that is not possible for me to call in the first place. So very disappointed that I can’t claim such damage and that now I have to take part of my trip looking for a new luggage.

They changed my flight twice. The 2nd time they changed it they did so the day before the scheduled departure and replaced the lie flat seat in a 777 to a 737. I paid extra to be in the 777 only for them to change it. Then the departure was delayed twice. The connecting flight was also delayed.

The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

Boarding was confusing with all those lanes and groups. Everything else was good

No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.

The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.

Efficient boarding. Good flight but seats were quite uncomfortable considering we'd already been sitting on two flights, total 13 hours or so. Would have liked to have prices on the menu of amenities on the plane. We could have used more water. Restrooms and nonalcoholic beverages at no extra cost, not much else. I realize these were discount tickets, and the airline has to break even, so I can't say we were expecting amenities to be plentiful. Still, it's nice with long flights to discover a few. Very pleasant crew though.

All 4 flights were late. Plus delays for cleaning planes . On return baggage was not even on the plane arrived next day not received until two days later . Very poor experience.

It would have been better if the flight hadn't been an hour late, causing us to miss our connection. Even without the delay, Lufthansa do not allow adequate time for passport control and getting yourself to the departure gate.

At Muchin the service woman for Lufthansa at the Airport was really horrible.

Second time I took this flight, and they lost my luggage both times. Waiting for my suitcase now, last time it took two days to get it back.

Really bad airline, they treat you like you would be treated on a budget airline.
