As an advantage member I found the experience very positive

Our luggage did not make it with us despite the fact that there was an hour between landing in Madrid (from Granada) and the departure of the plane to Washington DC. We received notifications about this, which is a nice touch, but they were in Spanish and it took us a while to figure out what the message was. Furthermore, the process of filing a report was not intuitive and we have received no e-mail or other form of confirmation that the airline has received our missing luggage reports. Needs improvement!

My flight was cancelled after a 7 hour delay. I am awaiting a refund.

Disappointing. Had to pay 70 euros for one checked bag. Transatlantic flight was cramped, not very comfortable

It was not Iberia. It was with United. It was great!!!

Pretty fair for the price of the plane ticket. Food was poorly, but overall was a ok experience for a super long flight.

I am quite satisfied. The flight was on time and landed early. Staff was friendly.

Seats comfortable on economy plus and attendants very helpful. Food was ok. Bathrooms needed servicing.

I paid for premium economy but BA oversold the seats and we ended up being downgraded. Not acceptable given how much we paid for the flight. We were also separated to 2 different areas so not only did we not get the service we paid for, we didn’t even get to sit together. I’m not happy at this treatment by BA because of corporate greed.

Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.

It was disappointing to have to pay for soft drinks/ water. The sandwich I wanted was not available. Servig happened to late in the flight.

Not good. Long lines for checkin. Cramped seats. Would only give one tiny cup of water. Had to use people movers. Won’t fly TAP again

45 min late. Priority is not a priority as they put everyone in the same bus a than priority become last.

The check in process was terrible. Took a long time to check in because there is not enough agents. Once we got to gate, no announcement to board, all of a sudden people got up and board. The seats were EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. It was a 3 hours international flight, and we were served one tiny cup of water. 😩😩 The temperature was so hot inside rhe plane we thought we were sitting in an oven. Very difficult to find a flight attendant for assistance. They ran up and down aisle to serve first class but never really look up to seve the rest of the flight. I would never fly on this airline again. The experience was horrible.

What didnt i like? You had to pay for seats after the booking was paid for. If i knew that beforehand i would have booked with emirates for a few dollars more

Most important was the effciency - on-time take-offs and landings, no missed connections, baggage arrived correctly. Friendly & professional crew. Less important was food/drink. Pretty spartan, but we'll know next time and bring our own stuff.

Great airline, new, comfortable and quiet planes. Plenty of leg room and state of the art entertainment system. The big downside is the connection in Lisbon. The airport is small and a bus is needed from the plane to the terminal. Is a mess, takes a lot of time, nobody gives an explanation, boarding zones are not honored, etc.

I thought Miami's airport was very disorganized during the Boarding.

Very efficient boarding - other airlines could learn from them. Friendly, efficient crew. Red eye flight, so dinner meal was irrelevant. Breakfast could have been more substantial. Seats reasonably comfy.

People seated in exit rows should have designated overhead space

i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"

It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight

Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.

The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.

Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.

Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making

Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!

Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.
