The travel from Munich to San Diego :Food and drink service was good,way to cramped on the plane for that long of travel.not even convenient for getting up to use bathrooms or stretch.we were mislead to believe our “air bus” was much bigger.

Well....let's start from the point that I had to stay in airport for 12 hours instead of 2 that was scheduled. Poor company and even worst customer service. Never again....

The flight was delayed almost 2 hours. Bad customer service etc. I will never fly Luthansa. Ever!!!

This was a flight operated by Lufthansa. See me prior comments, which were meant for this experience. The CSA, Ashley, should be reprimanded if not fired for incompetence, being rude, and very, very slow. She was whispering to other CSAs, blaming my flight change on others, unable to give me a seat assignment, telling me could not help without offering any advice (I travel 200,000 miles a year and am a consultant to the airlines, so I know how this gets done PRETTY DAMN WELL). Then, she gave me literally the worst seat on the airline (yes, there were other seats open) - the one right next to the bathroom that was so bad the other PAX next to me left to move to another seat. My seat kept getting rammed (3x) by the crew with their carts (no turbulence to speak of), other passengers grabbing the seat to get in or out of the bathroom, and listening to the bathroom flush all night.

Very nice staff , good in-flight entertainment and food/snacks. Our luggage didn’t make it on the way there, but picking up luggage at the airport was a straightforward process.

Hated every minute of it. This flight should have only taken 1.5hrs but was delayed over 10hours. Now I am being told I cannot be compensated or refunded my ticket price or extra leg room, which I purchased but did not receive, because the airline is throwing the blame on the 3rd party I purchased tickets through and 3rd party putting the blame on airline. No one wants to help. They received their money and that's all they care about. Im going on 3 days of still trying to get to my final destination, had to cancel car rental, car insurance and hotel. Currently staying in airport until hotels open up. Thank you Lufthansa, Kayak, Underpricer and United for making this trip the worst ever.

the flight from Tampa departed with a delay. The food on board was poor, usually on international airlines alcoholic beverages are offered free of charge , but here it was for a fee, the cutlery was wooden, there were no hot drinks (tea, coffee). Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the portions of food, but it wouldn't have been enough for a child either.And in the future, I will try not to use the services of this airline

As an advantage member I found the experience very positive

Our luggage did not make it with us despite the fact that there was an hour between landing in Madrid (from Granada) and the departure of the plane to Washington DC. We received notifications about this, which is a nice touch, but they were in Spanish and it took us a while to figure out what the message was. Furthermore, the process of filing a report was not intuitive and we have received no e-mail or other form of confirmation that the airline has received our missing luggage reports. Needs improvement!

Some crew were very helpful. Could be better food choices. Should be more leg room even in economy.

We left our child’s tablet on our seat 12 B on the plane and we can’t get a hold of anyone to try to get help locating the tablet.

My flight was cancelled after a 7 hour delay. I am awaiting a refund.

They offered several meals and snacks, the crew was very friendly and kind. There was a broad selection of movies, shows, and games. I was impressed!

My son and I are 193 cm tall. We had reserved and paid for seats with extra leg room towards the front of the cabin. The day of the flight, we learned that Iberia had changed aircraft. We were assigned regular seats way back in the cabin. When we landed from our first leg we spoke with agents at the gate and we were told that they couldn’t improve our seats because the flight was full.

Overall was good except for the seat which, for an 8 hour intercontinental flight, was uncorfortable. For that kind of flight seats should have more space, even for economy seats.

Booked with Iberia but flight was with Level. This switch of airlines was not published anyware and I was not made aware. Service was horrible, attendants were rude and nowhere to be found. Interior of plane was disgusting and dirty, trash on the floor, bathrooms were dirty (probably because flight attendants were not collecting trash from passengers). I have never encountered this on any other flight or airline. A public bus or metro in Los Angeles is 10 times cleaner. Had I known this was not an Iberia flight I would not have booked this tickets.

I liked the friendly crew and desk staff, all very helpful. I was surprised and a little annoyed on my outbound flight from LGW to MCO as I had prepaid and booked my seat, which was all correct at check in on my boarding pass. when I got on the plane someone was in my seat ! I was moved to another seat. The food choice is quite limited and I feel that an option of a muffin for breakfast snack would be welcomed, not everyone wants egg or bacon wrap. The choice of entertainment is good, plenty to keep you busy on a long haul flight. I liked the option offered to have the cabin bag checked into the hold, it saved me as an older, lone traveller lifting my case into the overhead locker or finding there was no space.

Boarding was confusing with all those lanes and groups. Everything else was good

The flight was wonderful, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!

Dinner was excellent - beef stew, the eggs for breakfast were only ok. It was soooo nice that there were so many options for movies and games.

No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

Flight was very late, meaning a missed connection in Frankfurt, and staff completely unhelpful or just absent. Handicap accommodations, reserved in advance, somehow never made it through the system for the second trip in a row!

Generally everything was OK,except the food but that seems to be a normal tendency for all the airlines nowadays

Boarding process non existent. No WiFi. No entertainment. Cramped old plane. Worst Kosher meal ever presented on a flight.

My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.

Luftansa customer support on the phone were terrible. The flight itself was good. The crew were good.

The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.
