$72 Find cheap flights from Milan to Lisbon

It was disappointing to have to pay for soft drinks/ water. The sandwich I wanted was not available. Servig happened to late in the flight.

Not good. Long lines for checkin. Cramped seats. Would only give one tiny cup of water. Had to use people movers. Won’t fly TAP again

45 min late. Priority is not a priority as they put everyone in the same bus a than priority become last.

The check in process was terrible. Took a long time to check in because there is not enough agents. Once we got to gate, no announcement to board, all of a sudden people got up and board. The seats were EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. It was a 3 hours international flight, and we were served one tiny cup of water. 😩😩 The temperature was so hot inside rhe plane we thought we were sitting in an oven. Very difficult to find a flight attendant for assistance. They ran up and down aisle to serve first class but never really look up to seve the rest of the flight. I would never fly on this airline again. The experience was horrible.

What didnt i like? You had to pay for seats after the booking was paid for. If i knew that beforehand i would have booked with emirates for a few dollars more

Most important was the effciency - on-time take-offs and landings, no missed connections, baggage arrived correctly. Friendly & professional crew. Less important was food/drink. Pretty spartan, but we'll know next time and bring our own stuff.

Great airline, new, comfortable and quiet planes. Plenty of leg room and state of the art entertainment system. The big downside is the connection in Lisbon. The airport is small and a bus is needed from the plane to the terminal. Is a mess, takes a lot of time, nobody gives an explanation, boarding zones are not honored, etc.

I thought Miami's airport was very disorganized during the Boarding.

Very efficient boarding - other airlines could learn from them. Friendly, efficient crew. Red eye flight, so dinner meal was irrelevant. Breakfast could have been more substantial. Seats reasonably comfy.

People seated in exit rows should have designated overhead space

The flight was delayed for over 1 hour. The boarding process is appalling making you wait for 30 minutes in the passage leading to the outside door without any seats.

All around poor experience. Barely got on flight because it was ostensibly overbooked. Forced into checking a carryon bag with empty overhead compartments. Nickeled and dimed. Charged for coffee. Despicable.

They cancelled my flight and we had to fend for ourselves to reschedule another flight. There was no staff to help all the canceled guest. Poor communication and staff. I attempted to reschedule via Kayak and I asked their staff that it looked as it was available. The guy behind the counter just told us to go online..

Worst airline in the world, will never travel in it again.

Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.

Staff had been really impolite at the boarding area and for both ways charged high extra fees without a reason. For the check-in luggage which was measured 3.5 kg and was confirmed by the stuff to cost 40 € , 60 Euros had been purchased from our credit card. When confronted staff did call us both liars and claimed to never have announced anything. Flight back , when not wanting to press a backpack in a measuring metal instead of hand measuring , staff got angry that one did not follow her order, which was than escalated by the team. Although carrying a baby anyways staff did not offer any help in the unreasonable process and than charged again extra money. Cabine crew has been friendly but this experience LL lead to not booking easy jet at all in the future. Check in process in Edinburgh anyways chaotic,to the family check-in and disabled check-in everybody else was guided for check in process, so people just getting in between each other, not possible to monitor your own stuff.

EverEverything was actually great. Except one of the male flight attendants had the worst BO and needed to shower and wear deodorant. It was horrible.

Cancelled last minute, I had to travel 13 hours by train at night

Boarding great. Didn’t eat or drink so can not comment.

Speedy boarding is a waste of money when they herd you on to a bus and take you to the plane and it turns in to a free for all …very unsatisfactory
