Everything was good but I think food choices could've been better

I see I gave my review for this flight on my flight Zürich to Dubai rather than Dubai to Singapore.

The flight was great. We had to purchase extra long seats for the long flight. But overall it was great.

Checkin and boarding staff at Delhi Airport is not cooperative with passengers Their behavior very humiliating . They don’t allow Lap top bag and Ladies’ purse/vanity bag which most of the airlines allow besides cabin baggage and check in baggages. They try to charge extra payment on the pretext of small variations which normally other Airlines staff don’t do. Airline staff should be courteous & cooperative but check in staff of Emirates Airline at Delhi was not so at all.

Superb experience. I hope they bring back the fast track option at Heathrow immigration.

Very bad !! My confirmed ticket got canceled with out notifying me in hyd airport , crew didn’t help us out !! They were very rude!! They made me pay for the confirmed ticket again !! Can you please let us know how I can get the refund for the ticket I paid

I liked theAVML food. Taste was alright and quantity was enough. Sometimes during the flight I felt that the smell from toilet was coming to the cabin

The individual attention the crew gives to passengers is commendable and I find them positively helpful.

Emirates is usually on time, but not this trip. Also, during the flight the attendants disappear unless called upon. Very strange. I have watched the quality of Emirates service diminish over the last five years.

On both legs of my trips (Jhb - Dxb and Dxb - Jhb) the entertainment system did not work.

Good. Food items are ok but not really healthy (no protein for the vegetarian option, just a total of 2 gr total) so not fulfilling. Also, no airline is educating passengers to behave and have common sense: let the one sitting by the window pass first, leave toilets clean after use, etc. Humanity is just getting rude and more disgusting by the day and without education or enforced common sense no

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me

No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

Horrible. Boarding was terrible. For a huge airplane, we needed to be transported to the plane. The boarding area was overcrowded and frantic. .The seats were so uncomfortable. The food was fine.

Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

Service was superb and the flight experience overall was great

A good airline, but at checking in, they allocated seats for my wife, and I far away from each other, and to change them, they wanted a payment, such a bad policy, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth All was good on the plane, good food, but the air hostess was abrupt and a bit rough dealing with the passengers, but one has to find excuses for staff working under pressure

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

The airplane from IAD to Istanbul was too old. The chairs were to tight and uncomfortable. I continued my travel from Istanbul to Bangkok. This airplane was better and newer than the first one. Even food was better.

The crew was excellent, but the flight was a little delayed and the temperature on the plane was too warm.

They use a smaller international plane and quarters are tighter, space smaller, and the flight is still 12 hours, then fight attendants are ruff, food is bad, cherry juice spilled by flight attendant and she comes back to ask why have we not changed yet could it be we didn’t have any clothes to change into and seat is all wet and we had to sit there for 12 hours

they were much nicer on this flight. however, my baggage was delayed by one day, and one of my suitcases arrived broken.

The flight from Amsterdam to Dallas was great, ok food, good service, great entertainment. But Dallas to SF was very tiring because of two hour delay inside the airplane waiting for AA paper work in 99 degrees in the sun. We had no oxygen and the pilot had to ask everyone to blast the AC because it was getting too hot inside the cabin.

American Airlines switched aircrafts for some reason and the new plane had to be checked, It took an hour for this while we were on the plane parked. But then we waited one more hour for an officer to come and fill out paperwork so that he could ok the plane or fly it himself, something of that nature. It was 99 degrees in Dallas and we were cooking inside the plane. The pilot had to ask everyone to shut the window shutters and open the air full blow because it was too hot inside the cabin and smelled like gasoline. Worse was that when I bought the ticket, the third party seller called to insist in buying insurance for this flight. I told them no because I was not going to save any money after all, so I made it to SF somehow by a miracle. Why buy insurance when the airlines are responsible for any delay, cancelation, or problem. Please advice third party sellers like Underpricer to not call and try to sell insurance at $100 per passenger.

Flight home was great. But, as should have been expected, Newark Liberty airport sucked.

Ability to select seating would be nice. We were family of three and they had us seated back to back and one of us on the other side of the plane??? That is pretty goofy. Especially when tickets were placed two months in advance.

We had a seat that would not function. No Wifi or inflight entertainment was available. Food was very poor. Attendants were very accommodating and apologized for the problems.

I could change to business before flight and everything was perfect except for entertainment which was none.

Original flight was cancelled - After waiting 2 hours for new take-off times. Then had to stand in line for 3 hours, ending at 2:30 am - to be told, " No hotel rooms anywhere in Dallas". No way for me to get any rest at DFW at that time of night.

Thankful for 2-4-2 economy seating. Food was ok. Free beer & wine in economy was nice. Served hot dinner, mud- flight snack and pre-arrival ham sandwich. Seat with pillow & blanket. Reasonable movie options. Overall, a good experience. IBERIA APP is terrible terrible terrible.... needs to get upgraded to equivalent of TAP Airlines App. No option to bid or request an upgrade. Very disappointing.

Flight was an Iberia Flight on Level but seemed to be outsourced to a 3rd airline - Wamos. Seating pattern was different than when booked, we waited on the JETBRIDGE for 45 minutes to board, food was terrible. Movie options were limited to about 20 and very old, TV shows was limited to about 15 and equally as old. Staff was fine but definitely the "b-team". Landed about 60 minutes early and waited on the runway for 45 minutes - despite that Logan Airport in Boston recently added new gates. Mediocre experience at best.

Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.
