I don't think I will fly Swiss again. I had issues with carry on luggage, connections were really tight, food was average, I paid extra for an aisle seat, then it was changed at check-in, the app/website don't allow you to add extra baggage if needed, and it was the first long-haul flight that didn't provide alcohol (glass of wine with dinner).

Our connecting flight to the US only had around a 25 minute layover! And our flight from Seville to Zürich was delayed! Had our flight from Zürich to Washington DC not been delayed we would have missed our flight to the US. We didn’t even know it was delayed until sprinting from the A terminal to the E terminal. Our flight from Seville landed in Seville 10 minutes after our the door was supposed to close for our flight from Zürich to the US. Not cool! Several other Swiss air passengers were in the same position as us, which I could tell bc we were all running for our lives in your airport. We booked a flight from Seville to Washington DC and the time between connecting flights was not enough and that’s not an acceptable position to put a traveler in. Especially one who spent over $1000 on their tickets.

Good BUT four days later I still don’t have my luggage. It never arrived. !!!!

Didn’t get my luggage from layover in Zurich until 3 days later even though my luggage was marked priority and short layover, but my husband got his when we landed

Horrible experience. They "GAME" with seats they decided to play where you can`t select or get seat during check-in without paying and then forcing you to stay long line at the Customer Service at the gate to get a boarding ticket with seat assigned is pathetic. Will never fly with United again!

Kudos to Swiss!! My wife and I thought Swiss was like flying years back: good food service, refreshments, friendly and courteous crew! We look forward to another trip to Europe next year, and it will be a priority to hopefully fly Swiss, thank you! We strongly can say from experience - the treatment (food, drink, entertainment) in service for Economy Class is unmatched!!!

SO disappointing. I spent so much money on this ticket, for them to cancel and not be able to rebook me in time. They were very unhelpful, and condescending throughout the whole Swiss airport. Will not be flying again.

The plane was so hot upon boarding. Their boarding process was so unnecessarily long. Service was subpar.

Schedule and on time departure and arrival were great. The crew was good, but a change in aircraft bumped many of us from our expected seats. It was a crowded flight, but the cabin crew did their best to keep things under control.

Austrian was not the issue. Kayak was terrible The flight was canceled. Frustrating but it can happen. The worst was Kayak's customer support around re-booking. I have chatted with a bot, than with a person who insisted the flight was still on as originally booked. while chatting i went on Austrian web page and told the kayak chat lady that the flight is shown as cancelled. She said she will escalate this and that someone will contact me within the hour. When I have asked her to give me the details of the flight she sees, She gave me the general A to B and return B to A. Totally unhelpful. After two hours I contacted them again, They were still saying the original flight is as scheduled and when I explained again I was told I will be contacted within 2-6 hours. NO ONE CONTACTED ME EVER SINCE! I have than contacted Austrian directly and was rebooked on a difficult flight. Kayak continued to send me irrelevant updates about my original flight. Terrible customer service at time of need.

Austrian airline they cancel my fight , and the couldn’t give me flight , they said only available flight 4th and after , I sacked for refund, even from you KYAK , and tell now no any refund , because what happened I lost more money because I have to stay in hotel and then I buy new ticket

I bought the ticket a month before my flight but checked in couple hours before my flight and had to wait seat assignment just before take off. On top of that there was not enough room in the overhead bin for my luggage.

The baggage arrived damaged and i spent EUR 300 on the baggage a month ago. No responsibility from airline or the handles.

The flight was late. We accommodated other missed flights, and the plane was full of people, without space to store carry-on luggage. They lost our checked luggage for the entire flight and delivered it after two days.

Premium Economy is good value in comparison to Business Class. Not all the perks of Business but a lot of leg room and wider seat and elbow room. Food was very good. I even asked for a Gruner Veltliner wine which was not on the trolley and the attendant went into Business/First to get me a glass. Nice little touch. I would like to have a wider selection of music -- more 70's-80's (guess how old I am).

There were a number of passengers scheduled to transfer to the flight from Vienna to Warsaw. None of them made it because the crew failed to assist them in getting to the gate for the Warsaw bound flight in time. It could have been done very easily with proper assistance.

It becomes like Wizz air, no good, bad comfort and you should pay for 20kg bag.

Overall it was good, but the flight was long and crews on such long flights in my experience generally get more involved. They make more rounds with water and snacks and check on wellbeing of passengers. It was not an overnight flight, so the ‘night’ atmosphere in the cabin was not called for

Good experience with Turkish Airlines. We will be back with Turkish in the future and look forward to upgraded business class on the 777 beginning in 2025 and on the Airbus 350 now.

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sat in 16A in the row in front of us. We understood that she was a Turkish Airlines employee from her interaction with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business but was sitting in economy with us. What annoyed us was the extremely loud conversation she had for the majority of the 12 hour flight with two men, one of which was leaning over the chair in front of her. This was annoying as they were so loud that my wife and I could still hear them despite wearing our noise cancelling earphones. No intervention was taken by the cabin crew. Secondly, she ordered some extra meals from the crew, which we believe to have come from business class, for her male friends. Seeing this in economy is very disheartening. Lastly, one of her male friends pulled out an e-cigarette and was only mildly reprimanded by the cabin crew. Overall, we consider this behaviour completely inappropriate of a Turkish Airlines employee. Next time we will book with Emirites, I don’t think that their employees would be allowed to behave in this manner.

First class payment but wife’s seat broken, would recline but not lay flat. On previous flight, delays and ground crew malfunctions connecting jetway made us miss flight to Houston. I asked twice for a cart to assist us getting across the massive Istanbul Airport, but was denied. We are both over 70.

Multiple errors by Turkish airlines and Istanbul Airport kept us from making flight. Stuck in Istanbul!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt response.

Boarding was confusing with all those lanes and groups. Everything else was good

The flight was wonderful, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!

Dinner was excellent - beef stew, the eggs for breakfast were only ok. It was soooo nice that there were so many options for movies and games.

No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

Flight was very late, meaning a missed connection in Frankfurt, and staff completely unhelpful or just absent. Handicap accommodations, reserved in advance, somehow never made it through the system for the second trip in a row!

Generally everything was OK,except the food but that seems to be a normal tendency for all the airlines nowadays

Boarding process non existent. No WiFi. No entertainment. Cramped old plane. Worst Kosher meal ever presented on a flight.

My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.

Luftansa customer support on the phone were terrible. The flight itself was good. The crew were good.

The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.
