Forty five minutes late for departure. Staff were pleasant. Food was adequate but not outstanding. Entertainment system was very good, as it usually is on Air France.

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

their gluten free lactose meal is the best, I have never been satisfied with my flight meals. I definitely enjoyed my flight and the chair is very spacious for economy. I'm so glad Delta is my flight way back to NY.

Connecting flights were poor,especially in Naples.our Lufthansa air bus was a joke.way too small for that long of a flight.no room at all.couldn’t even get out of the seats to move around or go to the bathrooms.we thought we were getting an actual air bus,double decker.i will never fly that long in a plane like that again.kind of misleading to call it an air bus.we actually had more room on our buses that we used.

I have to wait for plane in Denver for three hours. I don’t receive my luggage in Denver. I come back home without the luggage and I wait till next day to see my luggage again. Not really good experience with United airlines. I’m sorry to say that.

It was fine. Flight was on time and arrived at destination with 15 min to spare.

We were delayed an hour leaving Munich (No fault of the crew). They kept us posted on the status so we knew what was going on, but as a result we missed our connection in Chicago and the communication on connecting flights was pretty poor as we disembarked. It was already stressful and some of that could have been reduced by better communications about where to find transfers, etc.

One problem, but a serious one - the plane is built with electric windows that tint dark to reduce light. Sitting next to the window is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE as it emits so much HEAT in the face when tinted.

I was happy to be seated with my teen daughter. On my arrival flight we were not together. Drink choices were great. Food was ok. Lots of entertainment options. Pilot communicated well and gave us a heads up about wind and turbulence. Made it less anxious.

No in flight entertainment, gate employees were very quick and impatient, plane was uncomfortable

The flight cancellation and process for getting a new flight was not that clear. United also had some delays that were unexpected. I am the most disappointed by the fact that I originally bought a Lufthansa ticket, only to be flown by United.

Need to have more snacks for the duration and coffee.

The flight from Amsterdam to Dallas was great, ok food, good service, great entertainment. But Dallas to SF was very tiring because of two hour delay inside the airplane waiting for AA paper work in 99 degrees in the sun. We had no oxygen and the pilot had to ask everyone to blast the AC because it was getting too hot inside the cabin.

American Airlines switched aircrafts for some reason and the new plane had to be checked, It took an hour for this while we were on the plane parked. But then we waited one more hour for an officer to come and fill out paperwork so that he could ok the plane or fly it himself, something of that nature. It was 99 degrees in Dallas and we were cooking inside the plane. The pilot had to ask everyone to shut the window shutters and open the air full blow because it was too hot inside the cabin and smelled like gasoline. Worse was that when I bought the ticket, the third party seller called to insist in buying insurance for this flight. I told them no because I was not going to save any money after all, so I made it to SF somehow by a miracle. Why buy insurance when the airlines are responsible for any delay, cancelation, or problem. Please advice third party sellers like Underpricer to not call and try to sell insurance at $100 per passenger.

Flight was an Iberia Flight on Level but seemed to be outsourced to a 3rd airline - Wamos. Seating pattern was different than when booked, we waited on the JETBRIDGE for 45 minutes to board, food was terrible. Movie options were limited to about 20 and very old, TV shows was limited to about 15 and equally as old. Staff was fine but definitely the "b-team". Landed about 60 minutes early and waited on the runway for 45 minutes - despite that Logan Airport in Boston recently added new gates. Mediocre experience at best.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people.

Flight was delayed by well over an hour. Communication was terrible.

My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have.

I’m hoping for WiFi included. Everything else was very good

Rude security cunts. However the lady that issued my boarding ticket when I was flying back from New York was lovely & helpful!!

Horrible delays and confusion at all Air Canada counters. Flight was delayed well over 6 hours with little to no communication. Was o my offered a $15 food voucher and $200 Air Canada voucher—-neither of which did I need or have desire to use. Will never fly this airline again.

Much better than previous experiences. Overall, it went smoothly after an unexpected delay and gate change.

You do not have a space for flight cancelled. BUT!!! Air Canada handled it great. Was booked on another airline for the next day. The original flight was booked solid. But he precheck by the maintenance found a mechanical problem and the plane was not safe to fly. It was an inconvenience to have to wait until next day but I would rather arrive safely.

The crew was friendly, the seats are too small. Air travel is barely tolerable anymore.

The boarding process in Frankfurt was chaotic and uncomfortable. Everyone was waiting at the gate and had to get up and line up (by escalators which caused problems) to get documents checked. Then wait in line for bus which took us to tarmac where we had to stand in the cold rain outside the plane to climb the stairs to board. The plane ride itself was smooth and as comfortable as could be in economy. Free texting for aero plane members was nice. The food was decent.

The boarding process in Toronto bad as they share space with domestic flights and when those domestic flights come in you are locked out behind closed doors until they are done and then its a mad rush to get your boarding gates and board. This is not so much due to Air Canada but with the GTAA, but Air Canada could use different gates especially early morning in order to prevent such travel angst.

I never booked this flight. Someone else did as fraud

I am used to the seat sizes and the bathrooms being so small. Main complaint was that the world travel map was not working and the food is poor. I think they need to come back with the idea of free meals when the flight is over 5 hours. Buying meals is terrible as I can not eat much gluten. Over all I will always fly Air Canada as it is reliable and friendly staff. I really like that now I can track my bag as to where it is and when loaded on the airplane.

It was good.. it was an emergency flight as had to get home for.my Mom who was dying. She passed away 5 hours after I got home so thankfully I made it with the help.of Kayak.

It was a refreshing experience from the past few times I have travelled with Air Canada.

The trip was good except for the delay that caused a connection issue in Chicago.

The worst experience of my life and I have been flying for 33 years

We were very upset when we checked in for our flight to be charged 208,00 euro for luggage fees when the site clearly states we are authorized one checked bag each and one carry-on. We have never experienced anything like this with Lufthansa and are very disappointed. We should be reimbursed this erroneous charge. I can forward all receipts once I am able to scan the them.

Crew was very nice and helpful. It was a good flight experience.

Loved the food (vegetarian in our case). Super pleasant. We're in our 60s/70s and not speedy anymore but I never felt rushed. Entertainment choices very current, personalized, and fun. Asked to change seats with a man who had paid for his seats as well but something had occurred in process so he was two rows away from his small daughter. Staff was very efficient at mediating the exchange and gave us a beautiful little travel pack as a gift to agree to it. The seats were comfortable but reclined a bit much for my comfort. I'm glad I'm not claustrophobic as the person in front of me reclined to the max and I felt very enclosed. Very efficient crew simultaneously as super pleasant.

Crew was super rude in business class. Not friendly or helpful. Luggage was damaged and was told to file with United and that was unsuccessful.

Horrible. The plane didn't land on time. Again left delayed 1 hr. Then landed in different city Poznan. No one there was from Luthansa. We were dropped off like animals. No food, no instructions. After 2 hrs we got a bus! 1 bus for all the people from the plane. 4 hrs back to warsaw. Arrived at 11pm at the airport in Warsaw. Again No one from Luthansa. I had to sit spend a night at the airport to get a bus to my final destination in Poland. Shame on Luthansa!!! Will never fly in my life! Paying $1400 for the ticket with 2 delayed flights, nothing offered for inconvenience!!! Bad bad
