Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late
The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.
This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.
There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.
aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.
Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.
Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.
A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.
We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.
I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.
The woman at the check-in counter was the rudest woman I have ever encountered. She misspoke, yelled at us and then when she realized she made an error, lied instead of apologizing. I won’t be flying this airline again and that woman should definitely consider a new career.
Cardiff is a great airport but they pen you in at a gate way too small for passenger numbers. Called to the gate too soon and air conditioning was not in operation despite the heat. Cardiff should do better as a small relatively quiet regional airport.

This was the worst flight experience I’ve had in my entire life. The flight was delayed by four hours, there was no one to ask questions of or get updates from. I had the Ryanair app which showed a later delay than the departure board in the airport, and a different gate, and there was no one who could even tell me, which was the correct gate or time. Then, when we arrived at our destination, it took an hour for the bags to come off.
50 minute of delay on a flight scheduled after 22pm is really annoying. This was even the only flight departing from Frankfurt Hahn on that evening so the delay was inexcusable
Boarding process makes no sense for priority boarding or not since everyone gets crammed in a bus and everyone gets out without any difference.
Letting people wait outside for boarding in the rain and almost 0 degrees for a high temperature destination is very customer unfriendly
The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

The plane seemed very dated. The entertainment was very limited. There was a school group on our flight and the crew seemed bothered by them. They were not overly friendly or welcoming.

Good. But there food was poor quality and 95% of movies didn't have English subtitles
I thought they had rebranded themselves in every aspect but it was quite the opposite. The food was terrible the service was sub-par. Overall it was not a good experience.
