Car wasn’t as clean as I would have thought they should be for new users The guy who checked us in and the guy who received us after were great! We decided to add a driver after we left and we called Hertz to add a driver and we were told we had to find a nearby Hertz and travel to it. The person on the call told us we could t add someone over a call. When we interrupted our vacation time and walked to a nearby Hertz, the guy said, “You could’ve just did this over the phone.” So, this guy knew his business. I wish people on the phone would be trained correctly because that cost us part of our short three days in Ireland.

David Moore ( the branch manager) was so kind, friendly and helpful. I have a lot of anxiety, but he was very calm and patiently explained things to me and answered all of my questions.

We had a reservation for a company car which showed a price under $250. Once we arrived, Hertz attempted to raise the price of that rental to 600+. In addition, the companies choice was only an electric vehicle (which is cool but that should be made known). After going back and forth, and disputing a in city fee which was just an. upcharge we were able to get the rental for around 350ish. I believe the formatting was of what we would pay was not forthcoming

Car exterior was very dirty. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced. Customer service was great, but also slow due to staff shortage.

Friendly and helpful staff!

Cons:

Car rear right tire was very low on tire pressure -- I was alerted to it halfway through the drive

Counter attendants were nice and pickup and drop off were quick and efficient.

Cons:

The car was not as clean as expected. There was splashed coffee on the roof of the car and the driver side visor when pulled down.

Staff was efficient and friendly; transfers were easy.

Cons:

I have no comment on how the experience could have been better, but this was a short, uneventful rental in which the staff did not have to display any extraordinary efforts.

Pros:

Manager in Bethesda assisted me. She was very helpfu6l and efficient. I needed a vehicle to drive up to new york and drop off. Although there was a surcharge for doing that it was very useful to be able to. I will definitely use Enterprise again.

Cons:

There was no Ez pass in the car.
