Check in etc was very good. As for on the plane, it was like flying in a freezer. It was so cold, i have flown for years and never been so cold on a plane. Staff on board said its always cold when flying which is a load of rubbish. They wouldnt put any heating on and now i have the flu because of this .
Our seat tv didn’t work All the rest was perfect
It got me where I needed it to; not much more. It had no competition so that was why I chose it.
The male air hostess was rude and didn’t provide good customer service. Didn’t even offer me a drink
The most cramped seating I’ve ever experienced, (including budget airlines) with no food available for purchase on a nearly 6 hour flight.
Flight was absolutely sold out, so that just makes the crews job that much tougher. I will say people (customers) are behaving better over the last year.
The 787 Dreamliner was probably the smoothest aircraft I have ever flown on. Made for a lovely trip
No comfort, local flights chair in use on international flight, food wasn’t nice.
Tired of being nickel and dimed for every little thing, especially carry-on luggage.
