Find cheap flights from Hannover to St. John's

We initially flew from Osaka to Vancouver and ear buds and food were all inclusive. We were surprised that from Vancouver to Toronto we had to pay for all of this - and the flight attendant did not give us what we ordered/paid for. $6 for a bag of almonds is crazy - and I asked for hummus. Very surprised we had to pay for the ear buds in order to watch the movies.

Very comfortable flight, despite being in the middle section, in the middle seat! Airline staff was very accommodating. Food was good and we just became aware of the meal options. When we flew from Toronto to Osaka, we were offered 2 meat dishes. We are pescatarian. The flight attendant went out of her way to bring us food we could eat. We look forward to flying with Air Canada in the future!

There was a mistake with the first name we only discovered at security. Air canada was unable to correct it to match then passport since it was booked through an agency. The agency could not correct it either since they need at least two hours to do that. We could not fly and lost a bunch of money. Learned my lesson about kayak.

My flight got canceled. Then AC rebooked me to a next day flight. No compensation no apology. It almost messed up my entire trip and schedule. However, all the unexpepected seems routine and ordinary to AC, so customers need to get used to.

The food was horrible the flying attendance hardly made any checks and the seats were very tied ..

I love air Canada. The staff is so helpful and friendly and attentive. I paid for extra room but chose a ser near a person who took up a lot of space which gave me less space than regular economy, I was sad I did that!

Flight was delayed at least 4 times then once we boarded they found a problem with the plane and we had to de-plane and wait another hour for a different plane. I was an hour late for my performance.

Really good. The staff were very helpful throughout the boarding process. The food was surprisingly good. Overall much better experience than previous one.

I was offered earphones at the beginning of the flight, my meal and snacks were good and the attendant was proactive with all my needs and offered seconds of drinks. She was very attentive even when there were .any demands on her

For such a long flight they should offer tea or coffee in between two meals.

The trip was good except for the delay that caused a connection issue in Chicago.

The flight was wondering, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!

Cancelled flight, that morning! But got us on an Air Canada flight!

No refreshments apart from a bottle of water. No pillows. No entertainment. Flight delayed by 52 minutes.

I’ve never been charged for coffee on an airline before. Very disappointing

The worst experience of my life and I have been flying for 33 years

We were very upset when we checked in for our flight to be charged 208,00 euro for luggage fees when the site clearly states we are authorized one checked bag each and one carry-on. We have never experienced anything like this with Lufthansa and are very disappointed. We should be reimbursed this erroneous charge. I can forward all receipts once I am able to scan the them.

Crew was very nice and helpful. It was a good flight experience.

Loved the food (vegetarian in our case). Super pleasant. We're in our 60s/70s and not speedy anymore but I never felt rushed. Entertainment choices very current, personalized, and fun. Asked to change seats with a man who had paid for his seats as well but something had occurred in process so he was two rows away from his small daughter. Staff was very efficient at mediating the exchange and gave us a beautiful little travel pack as a gift to agree to it. The seats were comfortable but reclined a bit much for my comfort. I'm glad I'm not claustrophobic as the person in front of me reclined to the max and I felt very enclosed. Very efficient crew simultaneously as super pleasant.

Crew was super rude in business class. Not friendly or helpful. Luggage was damaged and was told to file with United and that was unsuccessful.
